Gaits of Hope offers a specific program, Fall in Fridays, which provides military veterans a therapeutic experience with horses, guiding them through a process to address trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and triggers, resulting in a 70% reduction in challenges like depression, substance abuse, isolation, guilt, and suicidal thoughts, while offering relaxation and transformative insights.

Warriors Next Adventure
Warriors Next Adventure is a group for all Minnesota veterans to connect with each other and share military/veteran related events and stories. The organization is helping active military and veterans overcome P.T.S.D. through Recreational Therapy and providing a 24/7 suicide hotline and promotes camaraderie and sense of purpose desired from military veterans while teaching them about Post Traumatic Growth.
23rd Veteran
23rd Veteran helps military and veterans who are living with trauma through their unique 14-week mental health program which has freed veterans from a life of isolation, anxiety, panic, and depression. They help the brain relate negative triggers from military experiences to new positive memories and emotions.

The WVI is a group of women, mostly veterans, who work to improve the lives and well-being of all Women Veterans through innovative programs and better access to services. They focus on Networking, Outreach, Advocacy and Wellness.
